At Inspire, we create homes where children and young people feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. Our approach is rooted in mutual respect, trust, and unconditional appreciation. We’re proud of the nurturing, family-style environments we’ve built.
We’re looking for compassionate, resilient individuals to join our team and provide the consistent care and encouragement our young people deserve.
Whether you’re an experienced care professional or someone with lived experience and the right values, we want to hear from you.
As a Relief worker, you cover shifts as and when required. It's a great way to gain experience if you're looking to move into this career and offers flexibility when studying, parenting or returning to work.
What you can expect from us:
· Competitive pay including extra for sleepovers
· Paid weekly or monthly
· Paid accrued annual leave pro rata
· Continuous training including Calms and career development
· Store discounts, wellbeing programmes and monthly free perks
· Death in service insurance
· Auto-enrolment onto company pension scheme
· Access to Blue Light discount card
· Complementary meals while on shift
What we’re looking for:
Experience in a residential or care setting or personal/lived experience and the right attitude to make a real impact
A calm, supportive presence, even in challenging situations
Flexibility and strong communication skills
A full UK driving licence
A willingness to support our young people with day-to-day tasks, activities, medication, and community outings
A qualification in Health & Social Care (SCQF 7/SVQ 3/NVQ Level 3 or HNC) is desirable but not essential
If you possess the compassion to help others, the need to make a difference and the resilience to work hard and be a team player then a career at Inspire could be the next exciting step for you especially if you bring warmth and empathy to the table.
If you’re ready to join a team that feels more like a family, then please complete our application form above!
